Selecting a Program
Power On
Press the center button to turn on your VimoSwim device.
Open Program Menu
Navigate to the program selection menu using the buttons.
Choose Program
Use the up/down buttons to browse between P1, P2, or P3.
Confirm Selection
Press the center button to confirm your choice and start training.
