Button Controls

Left Button

Back in menus, decrease values. Hold 3s to power off; wakes the device from off.

Middle Button

Confirm selections, start/stop the program. Hold 3s during training for program settings.

Right Button

Scroll menus, increase values. Hold to fast-scroll.

Firmware Updates
