Vimo Swim Testing
Program

Vimo Swim is available through a testing program. You receive a device in exchange for a refundable deposit and your feedback as a tester. The program is operated by Vimo Swim Sp. z o.o. located at Litewska 41/22, 30-014 Kraków, Poland, NIP: 6772504376.

Yes. The deposit is fully refundable. You can return the device within 30 days for a full refund of your deposit. The device must be in its original condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories included.

The refundable deposit is €180 (about 780 zł). All amounts include VAT. Available payment methods include: bank transfer, credit card, and online payments.

Shipping is free within the European Union, with no minimum order and no handling fee. Outside the European Union, the courier's cost is calculated and shown before you confirm. Devices are shipped to the address you provide. We prepare your parcel within 1–3 working days, and deliveries inside the European Union typically take another 3–10 working days in transit. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Every First Batch reservation ships with the numbered Vimo Swim tempo trainer, a protective case and pouch, a direct feedback channel to the team. The device is a numbered early-tester unit with priority support and early firmware.

No. The €180 is a refundable testing deposit, not a retail price: return the device inside the 30-day test window and you get the full amount back. Retail pricing will be announced when the device goes on sale. If you keep the device, the deposit is credited toward the purchase price and the invoice is issued at that point. For First Batch testers the final price will never be higher than the deposit already paid, VAT included.

Contact us at contact@vimoswim.com. We review all claims within 14 days of submission. If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs will be refunded.

You do, if you change your mind and send the device back inside the 30-day window. Pick any tracked courier you like. Your deposit still comes back in full, and we charge no fee of our own on top. If the device is faulty and we confirm the defect, we refund what the return shipping cost you.

The right to return does not apply if the device has been damaged due to improper use, has been modified, or if the original packaging and accessories are missing. The device must be returned in its original condition.
