Deposit Terms

1. Purpose of the Deposit

The deposit serves as a security for the return of the Vimo Swim device provided for testing. The device is handed over for testing purposes only. This handover does not constitute a sale.

2. Deposit Amount and Payment

The deposit amount is specified in the individual Deposit Confirmation document issued to the tester. Payment can be made by bank transfer, card, BLIK, PayPal or cash, as agreed between the parties. The exact amount, payment method, and date are recorded in the Deposit Confirmation.

3. Testing Period

The tester receives the Vimo Swim device for the duration of the testing period. During this time, the tester is expected to use the device and provide feedback to help improve the product.

4. Return and Refund

Within 30 days of delivery, the tester may return the device and receive a full refund of the deposit. The device must be returned in proper working condition, accounting for normal wear and tear from regular use. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of the device being returned. Return postage is paid by the tester, who may use any tracked courier. We charge no return fee of our own, and we refund the return postage when the device is sent back because of a defect we confirm.

5. Purchase Option

If the tester keeps the device, the deposit is credited toward the purchase price and the invoice is issued once the device is approved for sale. For First Batch testers the final price will never be higher than the deposit already paid, VAT included.

6. Liability

The tester is responsible for the device during the testing period. In case of loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the deposit may be partially or fully retained to cover repair or replacement costs.
