Shared tempo
Set one tempo for the whole group with a precise slider — from sprint turnover to easy technique pace.

Pick the signal your swimmers feel

Choose how every device cues the rhythm — beep, flash or vibration — then fine-tune the tone and signal length from 50 to 250 milliseconds to suit the pool and the swimmer.
